Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozšířením služeb ve vybrané nemocnici, které spočívá v nákupu nového přístroje PET/MR. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh projektu a stanovit nezbytné kroky k zakoupení a zprovoznění nového přístroje, který odpovídá specifikacím oddělení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast veřejných zakázek, projektového řízení a podnikatelských záměrů a jejich využití ve zdravotnictví. V praktické analytické části jsou provedeny analýzy makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí, jejichž výsledky jsou aplikovány v projektové části. Projektová část se věnuje konkrétnímu procesu nákupu přístroje a nezbytných stavebních úprav pro jeho instalaci, a je zakončena hodnocením celého projektu pomocí nákladové, časové a rizikové analýzy. |

This thesis addresses the expansion of services at a selected hospital, which involves the purchase of a new PET/MR device. The goal of the thesis is to create a project proposal and to define the necessary steps for purchasing and commissioning the new device that meets the specifications of the department. The theoretical part focuses on public procurement, project management, and business plan and their application in healthcare. In the practical analytical section, analyses of the macro-environment, meso-environment, and micro-environment are conducted, the results of which are applied in the project section. The project section deals with the specific process of purchasing the device and the necessary structural modifications for its installation, and concludes with an evaluation of the entire project using cost, time, and risk analysis. |
