dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu digitalizace na trh práce ve vybraném odvětví. Cílem teoretické části je provést literární rešerši vlivu digitalizace na trh práce. Cíle praktické části je analýza vlivu digitalizace ve vybraném odvětví, konkrétně bylo vybráno odvětví zpracovatelského průmyslu. Dále bude provedeno interpretace výsledků sekundárních dat o trhu práce získaných ze zdrojů příslušných institucí a dále bude proveden primární výzkum z pohledu zaměstnavatelů a z pohledů uchazečů o práci. Na základě primárních a sekundárních dat bude vytvořena struktura doporučení pro snížení negativních vlivů digitalizace na trh práce ve vybraném odvětví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of digitalization on the labour market in a selected sector. The aim of the theoretical part is to conduct a literature search on the impact of digitalization on the labour market. The objective of the practical part is to analyse the impact of digitisation in a selected sector, specifically the manufacturing industry has been chosen. Furthermore, the interpretation of the results of secondary labour market data obtained from the sources of relevant institutions will be carried out, as well as primary research from the perspective of employers and job seekers. Based on the primary and secondary data, a structure of recommendations will be developed to reduce the negative effects of digitalisation on the labour market in the selected sector.
