dc.description.abstract	Hlavním záměrem a cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu spokojenosti s vnitřním prostředím FC Zlín. Teoretická část slouží k vypracování literární rešerše na dané téma, vytvoření podkladů a teoretických východisek pro vypracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části bylo provést samotnou analýzu spokojenosti s vnitřním prostředím FC Zlín. Analýza byla provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, kde respondenti odpovídali na otázky ohledně spokojenosti s vnitřním prostředím, ale i budoucích potenciálních benefitů. Pro další shromažďování údajů a dotvoření analýzy jsem využil strukturovaného rozhovoru a vlastního pozorování. Nedílnou součástí práce je závěrečné zhodnocení spokojenosti interních členů s vnitřním prostředím, včetně návrhů na zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim and objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the satisfaction with the internal environment of FC Zlín. The theoretical part is used to develop a literature search on the topic, to create the background and theoretical basis for the practical part. The aim of the practical part was to conduct the analysis of satisfaction with the internal environment of FC Zlín. The analysis was conducted through a questionnaire survey where respondents answered questions regarding satisfaction with the internal environment as well as future potential benefits. To further collect data and complete the analysis, I used structured interviews and my own observations. An integral part of the thesis is a final evaluation of the internal members' satisfaction with the internal environment, including suggestions for improvement.
