dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá životem pacienta s urostomií, se zaměřením na péči a prevenci komplikací. V teoretické části práce je popsán úvod do problematiky, anatomie močového ústrojí, postup chirurgického vytvoření urostomie a komplikace. Popsán život s urostomií, zahrnující doporučenou péči o ni, vhodné stravování, zdůraznění prevence komplikací, výhody a nevýhody urostomie. Praktická část práce je zpracována formou přehledové práce, přičemž jsou vyhledávány a vyhodnocovány studie zabývající se péčí o urostomie a komplikacemi s nimi spojenými.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with a patient´s life with a urostomy, focusing on the care and prevention of complications. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we can find an introduction to the problem, the anatomy of the urinary system, the procedure of surgical creation of a urostomy and complications are described there. Life with a urostomy is explained, including recommended care, appropriate nutrition, emphasis on preventing complications, and advantages and disadvantages of urostomy. The practical part of the work is processed in the form of an overview. At the same time, studies dealing with care are searched for and evaluated about urostomies and complications associated with them.
