dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou racionalizace výrobního procesu ve vybrané firmě. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na literární rešerši v oblasti výrobních procesů, průmyslového inženýrství a jeho metod, zejména identifikace a odstranění plýtvání. Praktická část práce popisuje konkrétní firmu a její výrobky, a provádí analýzu vybraných výrobních procesů. Na základě identifikovaných nedostatků jsou navržena a implementována zlepšovací opatření s cílem zrychlit průběžnou dobu výroby o 5 %. Tato práce přispívá nejen k teoretickému poznání problematiky průmyslového inženýrství, ale i k praktické aplikaci jeho metodologie v reálném průmyslovém prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelors thesis addresses the issue of manufacturing process optimization in a chosen company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a literature review in the field of production processes, industrial engineering, and its methods, particularly the identification and elimination of waste. The practical part of the thesis describes a specific company and its products, conducting an analysis of selected production processes. Based on the identified shortcomings, improvement measures are proposed and implemented with the aim of accelerating the lead time of production by 5%. This thesis contributes not only to the theoretical understanding of the issues of industrial engineering but also to the practical application of its methodology in a real industrial environment.
