dc.description.abstract	Tématem práce je zajištění ergonomických požadavků vybrané pracovní pozice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde je popsána základní terminologie v oblasti ergonomie, dále jsou zde vypsány právní předpisy, metody ergonomického hodnocení, faktory charakterizující pracovní místo nebo třeba nemoci související s ergonomií. Ve druhé části, praktické, je popsána vybraná organizace, daná pracovní pozice a analýza současného stavu zajištění ergonomických požadavků na tuto pozici. Pro tyto účely analýzy byly využity metody sběru dat a následně byla tato data vyhodnocena. Na základě získaného výsledku byl navržen grafický návrh ergonomicky bezpečného pracoviště spolu s kalkulací a výši nákladů pro realizaci tohoto návrhu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the work is to ensure the ergonomic requirements of the selected work position. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where the basic terminology in the field of ergonomics is described, then the legal regulations, methods of ergonomic assessment, factors characterizing the workplace or ergonomics-related diseases are listed. The second part, the practical part, describes the selected organisation, the job and an analysis of the current state of ergonomic requirements for the job. For this analysis, data collection methods were used and then the data was evaluated. Based on the result obtained, a graphical design of an ergonomically safe workplace was proposed along with the calculation and costing for the implementation of this design.
