dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem Smart City a jeho uplatněním na území města Valašské Klobouky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozvoj území, strategické plánování, Smart City a pojmy s danými tématy spjatými. Druhá část diplomové práce se stručně zaměřuje na představení města a jeho strategického plánu. Dále je analyzován současný stav implementace konceptu Smart City ve městě, konkrétně dle šesti dimenzí konceptu Smart City. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován rozhovoru se starostou města Valašské Klobouky a dle provedené analýzy jsou navrženy jednotlivé projekty pro aplikaci modelu Smart City pro město Valašské Klobouky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the Smart City concept and its application in the territory of the town of Valašské Klobouky. The theoretical part is focused on territorial development, strategic planning, Smart City and concepts related to the given topics. The second part of the thesis briefly focuses on the presentation of the city and its strategic plan. Furthermore, the current state of implementation of the Smart City concept in the city is analyzed, specifically according to the six dimensions of the Smart City concept. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to an interview with the mayor of the town of Valašské Klobouky, and according to the analysis, individual projects for the application of the Smart City model for the city of Valašské Klobouky are proposed.
