dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hematoonkologickým onemocněním u dětí, zvaným leukémie. Zaměřuje se na specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V úvodu bakalářské práce je uveden teoretický vhled do problematiky. V druhé části byla vytvořena přehledová studie, která se zabývá ošetřovatelskými problémy a ošetřovatelskými intervencemi. Přehledová studie se skládá ze 14 dohledaných studií vyhledaných v licencovaných a volně dostupných databázích PubMed, Ebsco, Google Scholar, Web of Science. Použité materiály byly publikovány mezi lety 2014-2024. Výsledky analýzy přehledové studie ukazují nejčastěji objevující se ošetřovatelské problémy u dětí s leukémií a následné vybrané ošetřovatelské intervence, které napomáhají ke zmírnění ošetřovatelských problémů. Zjistily jsme, že nejčastěji objevující se a nejzávažnější ošetřovatelský problém je nevolnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the hematooncological disease in children called leukemia. The thesis focuses on the specifics of nursing care. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the introduction of the bachelor thesis a theoretical insight into the problem is given. In the second part, a review study has been done which deals with nursing problems and nursing interventions. The review study consists of 14 retrieved studies searched in the licensed and freely available databases PubMed, Ebsco, Google Scholar, Web of Science. The materials used were published between 2014-2024. The results of the review study analysis show the most commonly occurring nursing problems in children with leukemia and the subsequent selected nursing interventions that help to alleviate nursing problems. We found that the most frequently occurring and most severe nursing problem is nausea.
