dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je transformace účetních výkazů fúzované společnosti EXPRESS-INTERFRACHT mezinárodní spedice CZ s.r.o. z české legislativy na mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví. Teoretická část nás seznamuje s harmonizací účetnictví, s účetní závěrkou sestavenou podle české legislativy a s účetní závěrkou sestavenou v souladu s IAS/IFRS, vyčísluje základní rozdíly mezi českou legislativou a IAS/IFRS. Teoretická část se dále zaměřuje na finanční analýzu a její hlavní ukazatele. Druhou částí mé diplomové práce je část praktická. Úvodní část se zabývá rozborem rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty k 31.12.2007. Projektová část se již týká samotného projektu tj. transformace účetních výkazů fúzované společnosti. Závěr projektové části hodnotí vliv transformace účetních výkazů na výsledky finanční analýzy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I focus on transformation of financial statements of the merged company EXPRESS-INTERFRACHT CZ s.r.o. from Czech legislation to the International Financial Reporting Standards . My thesis consists of two main parts. Theoretical part describes accounting harmonization, final accounts according to the Czech legislation and IAS/IFRS reporting. This chapter further deals with financial analysis with its key indicators. The second part is the practical part. Elaboration of the balance sheet and profit and loss account to 31st December 2007 is covered in the analytical section whereas the project section deals directly with the main topic, i.e. conversion of the financial statements of a merged company. The final section then evaluates the effect of this transformation on the outcome of financial analysis.	en
