dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na využití pooperačního retransfuzního systému v ortopedii. Cílem práce je zmapování této problematiky z pohledu všeobecné sestry u vybraných skupin pacientů za určité období. Nástrojem výzkumného šetření byla zvolena metoda kvantitativní retrospektivní studie. Výzkumné šetření bylo prováděnou metodou sběru dat ze zdravotnické dokumentace ortopedického zařízení Orthes s.r.o. Získané informace mohou být použity k porovnání s dalšími výzkumy v dané problematice a budou předloženy vedení ortopedického zařízení Orthes s.r.o. v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of the postoperative retransfusion system in orthopaedics. The aim of the thesis is to map this issue from the point of view of a general nurse in selected groups of patients over a certain period. The method of quantitative retrospective study was chosen as the tool of the research. The research was carried out by a method of data collection from the medical documentation of the orthopaedic facility Orthes s.r.o. The information obtained can be used for comparison with other research in the field and will be presented to the management of the orthopaedic facility Orthes s.r.o. in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.
