dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření výkonnosti podniku Geostav spol. s r.o. Hlavním cílem je tedy výběr nejvhodnějšího ukazatele pro měření a řízení výkonnosti ve sledovaném podniku. V teoretické části jsem zhodnotil jednotlivé koncepty a ukazatele. Jsou představeny klasické přístupy k měření finanční výkonnosti podniku a moderní měřít-ka, které se snaží odstranit nevýhody klasických ukazatelů. V praktické části je představena společnost a analyzována na základě klasických měřítek finanční analýzy. Dále se zabývám výpočtem ekonomicky přidané hodnoty a identifikací faktorů ovlivňujících tento ukazatel. V poslední části zhodnotím úspěšnost a výkonnost společnosti a na základě zjištěných po-znatků doporučím společnosti vhodný moderní hodnotící systém.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This theses puts mind to the problem of the company Geostav, Ltd. performance measure-ment. The main object of this work is Cindiny the best indicators for measuring and mana-ging of the company achievement. The first theoretical part imcludes theoretic analysis of financial data where indicators whit optimal values of the company's are given. The classi-cal accessions of companies performance measurement and modern kriteria company capa-city are introduced. These things try to steam off the disabilities of the classical indicators. The analytical part includes a short introduction of the company, slony with an outline of its production orientation and company strategy. Then I analyze the company on the basic the classical criteria of financial analysis. Next I deal with the calculation of the Economic Value Added and identification of the factors influencing this indicator. In the last part I value prosperity and efficinecy of the company and on based upon obtained results I have to recomend the most suitable modern rating system.	en
