dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou sytému plánování a rozpočetnictví ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je identifikovat nedostatky tohoto systému a navrhnout možná zlepšení. V teoretické části práce jsou zpracovány poznatky z odborné literatury zaměřené na plánování a rozpočtování ve firmách. Je zde popsán význam systému plánování a rozpočtování i proces jeho vzniku, od vytvoření strategického plánu po samotnou kontrolu. V praktické části práce je zpracována analýza nákladů vybrané firmy a následně popsán současný způsob plánování a rozpočtování. Práce je zakončena souhrnem návrhů na zlepšení současné situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the planning and budgeting system in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to identify deficiencies in this system and propose possible improvements. The theoretical part presents findings from professional literature related to corporate planning and budgeting. It describes the importance of the planning and budgeting system as well as the process of its development, from the creation of a strategic plan to final control. The practical part includes a cost analysis of the selected company and a description of the current planning and budgeting methods. The thesis concludes with a summary of proposals for improving the current situation.
