Práca sa zameriava na zlepšenie marketingovej komunikácie vo vybranom podniku. Cieľom je navrhnúť opatrenia na efektívnejšie oslovenie zákazníkov prostredníctvom vhodného komunikačného mixu. Analýza súčasného stavu, konkurencie a SWOT identifikovala kľúčové oblasti na zlepšenie. Výsledkom je návrh konkrétnych aktivít na zlepšenie marketingovej komunikácie a posilnenie konkurencieschopnosti podniku. |
