dc.description.abstract	V práci byl studován počet bakterií rozkládající xanthan a gellan. Výskyt těchto bakterií byl sledován v půdních vzorcích odebraných z Jižního Altaje a také ze vzorku zemědělské zeminy v ČR. Výsledky ukázaly, že degradační bakterie se vyskytují ve všech půdních vzorcích v různých počtech, avšak pokusy o izolaci degradačních bakterií nebyly zcela úspěšné a byly získány převážně bakterie využívající degradační produkty polymerů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis the counts of bacteria degrading xanthan or gellan were studied. The occurrences of these bacteria were observed in soil samples obtained in South Altaj and also in one sample of agricultural soil from the Czech Republic. The results showed that degrading bacteria are present in all soil samples in various counts. Advances of isolation of degrading bacteria were not quite successful, only bacteria probably utilizing products of polymers degradation were obtained.	en
