Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou controllingového systému v podniku XY. Cílem této práce je navrhnout doporučení a určitá opatření pro controllingovou firmu ke zlepšení současné situace podniku XY. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji především na vysvětlení pojmů controlling a finanční controlling, jež jsem čerpala z odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje samotnou analýzu controllingové činnosti, vyzdvižení předností a upozornění na jejich nedostatky. V závěru navrhuji pro controllingovou firmu řešení zjištěných problémů. |

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the analysis of the controlling system in the XY business. Main aim of this thesis is to propose some recommendation and the steps of the company for improving the contemporary situation. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part, I concern on the explanation of terms as controlling and financial controlling as I draw inspiration from specialized literature. Practical part contains analysis of controlling activities, elevation of merits and notice on deficiencies. In the end I am proposing solutions to the company's problems. |
