Diplomová práce je věnována rostlině Tecome lapacho. Čajový odvar připravený z této rostliny svými bioaktivními látkami příznivě působí na lidský organismus. Kromě toho vědecké výzkumy ukazují, že lapacho vykazuje antibakteriální, antivirové, antimykotické a antiparazitické účinky. Cílem práce bylo vyrobit a testovat extrakt rostliny Tecome lapacho na jeho potenciální antibakteriální a antimykotické účinky. Antibakteriální účinek extraktu byl ověřován na tyto kmeny bakterií: Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri a Staphylococcus aureus. Antimykotický účinek extraktu byl testován na kvasince Candida albicans. |

This thesis deals with the plant called Tecome lapacho. Tea prepared from this plant has a positive influence on human organism, because of its bioactive substances. The scientific researches reflect lapacho's antibacterial,antivirus, antimycotic and antiparatrophic effects. This work's ambition was to produce an extract of Tecome lapacho plant and to test it for potential antibacterial and antimycotic effects. Ectract's antibacterial influences were tested for these straines of bacterias: Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri and Staphylococcus aureus. An antimycotic effect of this extract was tested for an yeast of Candida albicans. |
