dc.description.abstract	Závěrečná bakalářská práce na téma Sterilita partnerského páru a podíl asistované repro-dukce na její léčbě . Jde o aktuální téma vlivem narůstajícího počtu párů, které mají problé-my s otěhotněním. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické, kde je popsána historie léčby neplod-nosti,asistovaná reprodukce a její nejnovější způsoby léčby, příčiny neplodnosti v manželství, a praktické, kde je provedena analýza o informovanosti žen o asistované re-produkci (co to asistovaná reprodukce je a kde se nachází kliniky s tímto zaměřením). Vý-sledky dotazníkového průzkumu jsou zpracovány v tabulkách a grafech s doplňujícími komentáři.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with a topic of "Couple infertility and assisted reproduction participation on its treatment". It is a current topic which becomes actual with regard to increasing num-bers of couples which are coursed with difficulty in becoming pregnant. Thesis is composed of two parts - of the theoretic one, where the history of infertility treatment is described, also deals with the assisted reproduction and the latest ways of its treatment, and with possible causes for infertility in matrimony as well. The second part of thesis targets the practical analysis of women informedness (what an assisted reproduction is, and where are these special clinics situated). The results of questi-on-forms are processed and showed in commented figures and graphs.	en
