Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Šikana v dospělosti - mobbing a bossing. Je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na šikanu obecně. Druhá kapitola popisuje formy násilí na pracovišti, především mobbing. Zkoumá jeho výskyt v české společnosti, cíle, motivy, příčiny, formy, strategie, kategorie a fáze. Třetí kapitola je věnována účastníkům mobbingu, kterými jsou pachatel, obět i spolupracovníci. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o následcích a možné obraně, je zaměřena na prevenci. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje současnou právní úpravu v České republice, která se mobbingu týká. Cílem práce je přinést ucelený pohled na šikanu v dospělosti, přispět k lepšímu poznání mobbingu a tím také k účinné obraně před tímto fenoménem. |

Bachelor's final project deals with adult malicious prosecution - mobbing a bossing. It is divided into five chapters. The first one is focused on malicious prosecution in general. The second one describes forms of violence at workplace, especially mobbing. It examines its occurrence in Czech society, its objectives, grounds, causes, forms, strategies, categories and phases. The third chapter is dedicated to mobbing participants, i.e. offender, victim and collaborators. The fourth chapter deals with consequences and possible defence against it. In other words, it is concentrated on prevention. Closing chapter contains current legal regulation in the Czech Republic concerning mobbing. The purpose of the project is to offer a coherent view on adult malicious prosecution, to contribute to better understanding mobbing and hence to help to effectively defend against this phenomena. |
