Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat možnosti optimalizace podnikového controllingu divize Assistec společnosti greiner packaging slušovice s.r.o. V teoretické části se zaměřím na získání teoretických poznatků souvisejících s controllingem z dostupné literatury. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost, zejména její divize. Dále budu analyzovat dosavadní úlohu controllingu v divizi. Na základě výsledků analýzy se pokusím navrhnout a doporučit managementu divize nové nástroje či metody, jak zlepšit stávající stav controllingu, aby se stal ještě kvalitnějším nástrojem řízení. |

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to analyse the possibilities for optimising corporate con-trolling in the Assistec division of greiner packaging slušovice s.r.o. company. In the theoretical section, I will focus on acquiring theoretical knowledge related to control-ling from the available literature. The company, and in particular the division, is introduced in the practical section. I will then analyse the present role of controlling in the division. On the basis of analysis results, I plan to propose and recommend to division management new instruments or methods for improving the existing position of controlling in order to make it an even more superior management tool. |
