Téma mé bakalářské práce je "Komunikační dovednosti sestry v interakci s klientem s demencí a jeho rodinou". Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozčleněná na šest kapitol, popisuji zde komunikaci, demenci, zásady komunikace a praco-viště s péčí o klienty s demencí. Praktická část zpracovává informace o komunikačních dovednostech sester a jejich vzdělávání. Informace jsem získala pomocí dotazníku určeného všeobecným sestrám. Dotazníkové šetření jsem prováděla v krajské nemocnici a v zařízení pro seniory. |

Theme of my bachelor thesis is "Communication skills of nurse in interaction with aphrenia client and his family". The thesis is consisted of these two main parts: theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, which is divided into six sections, I describe communication, aphrenia, principles of communication and workplace with care for aphrenia client. The practical part includes the informations about communiation skill of nurse and thein education. I got these informations from questionnaire, which was determited for nurses. I prospected investigation of questionnaire in a regional hospital and in workplace for seniors. |
