dc.description.abstract	Práca sa zameriava na činnosť managementu v polygrafickom priemysle. V úvodnej časti sú popísané jednotlivé činnosti teoreticky a v praktickej časti je popísaný náhľad na skutočný stav v spoločnosti. K lepšej predstave o fungovaní managementu je vypracovaný aj Porterov model piatich konkurenčných síl a SWOT analýza. Po zistení skutočného stavu som vypracovala projekt zvýšenia efektívnosti činnosti mana-gementu v problematických častiach. Návrhy riešení na zvýšenie efektívnosti sú doplnené analýzami a výskumami a vychádzajú z finančných a personálnych možností spoločnosti. V práci vychádzam z najnovších teoretických poznatkov a viacročných skúseností s prácou v polygrafickom priemysle.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The research focuses on the management operations in the printing industry. There is a description of the theories of particular management operations in the introduc-tion, while there is a description of the real situation in the organization in the second part. Porter's model of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis is developed for better un-derstanding of the key management operations and roles. Considering real situation I have designed project of the higher effectiveness of the mana-gement in the particular uncertain parts. These proposals are supported by analysis and research, while the financial and personal capabilities of the company are taken into consideration. The research is based on the most recent theoretical knowledge base and long personal ex-perience in the printing industry.	en
