Diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat a implementovat horizontální témata jednotlivých operačních programů. V teoretické části je logicky vysvětlena egionální a strukturální politika EU. Záměrem praktické části je objasnění jednotlivých operačních programů z hlediska horizontálních témat a jejich srovnání ve finančním období minulém i současném. V projektové části je vypracován projekt operačního programu Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost zaměřený na výuku jazyka anglického s cílem zvýšení kompetencí pedagogických pracovníků až na úroveň CAE. |

The thesis is proposed analyze and implement of Horizontal Themes in the particular Operational Programmes. In the theoretic parts is logically explained regional and structural policy of European Union. The scheme of practical parts is illumination from individual Operational Programmes on the part of Horizontal Themes and their confrontation in financial period the last time and the present time. The project is elaborate in project parts of the Operational Programme Education for competitiveness advantage intent on teaching language English with the aim of increasing competence pedagogic workers excepting level CAE. |
