dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat postup přípravy firemních procesů pro efektivní zave-dení a využití informačního systému. V teoretické části pracuji se skutečností, že moderní podnik musí být vybaven interní infrastrukturou IS/IT, která propojuje pracovníky podniku na všech úrovních řízení, umožňuje jim vzájemnou komunikaci a zpřístupňuje jim aktuální informace o stavu podnikových procesů. Popisuji tedy tvorbu globální podnikové strategie. Ve svém popisu se zaměřuji na informační strategii. Dále navazuji popisem komplexní přípravy projektu implementace IS se zaměřením na analýzu procesů. V praktické části pak aplikuji poznatky z teoretické části na společnost XY a.s., která zahájila Projekt pořízení a implementace IS. V úvodu praktické části analyzuji současný stav faktorů souvisejících s tímto projektem. V další části pak popisuji její projektový záměr a analyzuji procesy pro přípravu na implementaci IS. V závěru práce hodnotím přínosy navrženého postupu při přípravě na implementaci IS.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Then main aim of this bachelor dissertation is to describe the method of company process preparation for the efficient implementation and utilization of information system. In the theoretical part I work with the fact that the modern organization must be equipped with internal infrastructure IS/IT, which connects company workers at all levels of management, enables them mutual communication and makes them current information about company process situation available. I describe the creation of global company strategy. In my description I focus on the information strategy. I follow up with the description of complex project implementation IS preparation with the focus on the process analysis. In the analy-tical part I apply knowledge from the theoretical part on the company XY a.s., which initia-lize The project of procurement and implementation IS. In the indroduction I analyse the current situation of the elements associated with this project. In the other part I describe it's project's intention and analyse the processes for the preparation of the implementation IS. In the final part I evaluate the contribution of the proposed procedure during the preparati-on of the implementation IS.	en
