dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť a zostaviť rozhodovací model k správnemu výberu akcií za účelom zhodnocovania súkromného majetku. Teoretická časť opisuje různe metódy analyzovania akcií, hlavne fundamentálnu a technickú analýzu. Praktická časť sa zaoberá výberom brokerskej spoločnosti , tvorbou modelu ktorý na základe fundamentálnych kritérii označí vybrané akcie. Z vybraných akcií budu za pomoci technickej analýzy vybrane tie akcie, ktoré budú reálne nakúpene. Projektová časť pozostáva z nákupu akcií a následného zhodnotenia vykonnosti vytvoreného portfólia .	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The private property management is based on fundamental and technical analysis method results and handled through the financial instrument portfolio. Main contribution of diploma thesis is to design and develop share selection decision model with respect to the future private portfolio appreciation. The introduction part of diploma thesis describes various shares evaluation analysis methods with main focus on fundamental and technical analysis. The practical part of diploma thesis works with the broker company selection process and designs the shares decision model. Shares decision model uses fundamental analysis criteria to determine shares with profit potential. Based on shares decision model results, specified shares are proceeded through the technical analysis, and the suitable ones are determined for purchase. The project part shows the shares purchase in detail and subsequently elaborates the financial portfolio effectiveness evaluation.	en
