Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Integrovaného záchranného systému České re-publiky a jeho postavením ve veřejné správě. Cílem je podání uceleného přehledu o proble-matice Integrovaného záchranného systému s přihlédnutím k jeho provázanosti na další struktury a orgány veřejné správy a moci. Teoretická část popisuje základní a ostatní složky IZS, orgány veřejné správy a také jejich práva a povinnosti. Praktická část se věnuje přípa-dové studii, analýze současného stavu a možným zlepšením. Poukazuje na potřebu vše-stranné koordinace subjektů zapojených do tohoto systému, jak při přípravě na řešení mi-mořádných událostí, tak i při samotném provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací. |

Bachelor's work is engaged in the Integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic and its role in public administration. The aim of the project is to give a coherent view of the integrated rescue system in consideration of its connection to the other structures and bodies of public administration and authorities. Theoretical part describes the main and the other components of the IRS, the bodies of public administration and also their rights and responsibilities. Practical part dwells on case study, analysis of the current state and possible improvements of the system. The work points out the need of versatile coordination of the involved subjects in preparation to emergency situations as well as in pursuance of rescue and clearing works. |
