V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala studiem možných negativních účinků azobarviv používaných k barvení usní na organismus při nošení obuvi. V úvodní části jsem se zaměřila na barvení usní. V další části jsem se věnovala vývoji kožedělného průmyslu v českých zemích za posledních 15 let a vzrůstajícím importu obuvi, zejména z asijských zemí. Zaměřila jsem se na význam sledování kvality usňových výrobků, zejména pak na obsah potencionálních škodlivých látek. Hlavní část práce se věnuje studiu negativních účinků, některých azobarviv, respektive karcinogenních aminů na spotřebitele v souvislosti s užíváním kožedělných výrobků a metodám stanovení aromatických aminů. |

The aim of bachelor thesis is to study possible negative effects of azo-dyes on organism at wearing shoes. Azo-dyes are widely used for dying of leathers, and some of them through reductive cleavage may release amines, some of them are labeled as carcinogenic. In opening part I focus on colouring of leathers. In the next part I stick to development of leather industry in The Czech Republic in the last 15 years, and growing import of shoes, especially from the countries of Asian continent. The main part of thesis deals with the importance of monitoring leather products quality, especially with those of harmful effect. Further, study of negative effect of some azo-dyes or carcinogenic amines on human being in connection with usage of leather products and methods of determination aromatic amines are discussed. |
