Diplomová práce řešící problematiku zavedení controllingu do společnosti AB s.r.o. vychází z aktuální situace a požadavků managementu, které odráží potřebu změny a nastavení systému řízení. V teoretické části je zpracován přehled poznatků týkající se problematiky operativního controllingu. V praktické části je představena společnost AB s.r.o., její historie a současnost. Popisuje analýzu vnitropodnikového prostředí, objasňuje současnou ekonomickou situaci a stav řízení ve společnosti. Na základě výsledků byla stanovena východiska pro projekt a návrh na řešení nedostatků. Výsledkem je návrh implementace controllingu do společnosti. Jedná se o správné začlenění controllingového útvaru do organizační struktury, stanovení úkolů controllera, vymezení jeho pravomocí a odpovědností. Celý projekt doplňuje kalkulace předpokládaných nákladů realizace, plán projektových činností a časový harmonogram. Závěr práce je doplněn rizikovou analýzou a ekonomickým zhodnocením projektu. |

This diploma thesis is solving the problems within implementation of controlling to the company AB s.r.o., it is dealing with the actual situation which reflects the need of change and regulation of the management system. In the theoretical part it contains summary of information, which concern of problems through operative controlling. The company AB s.r.o. introduced in the practical part as well as its history and the present time. This part also describes analysis of intra-plant environment; it clarifies present and economic situation and status of management in the company. There were founded the resources for project and proposal of solution of defects from results bases. As the project results is the suggestion of controlling implementation into the company. It further describes the incorporation of controlling department into the company's organization structure, assignation controller loads, determines the tasks for the controllers, their competences and responsibilities. Whole project complemented by calculation supposed expenses on project realization, plan project activities and time progress chart of the project. The end of this work is supplemented by risk analysis and economic appreciation of project. |
