dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá postavením žen na trhu práce. Zaměřuje se na historický vývoj zaměstnanosti žen. Zkoumá působení genderových stereotypů, sleduje rovné příležitosti na trhu práce a popisuje vlivy ženské nezaměstnanost. Praktická část je složena s kvalitativního výzkumu a jeho cílem je objasnit prostřednictvím rozhovorů se ženami, jak vnímají svou pozici na pracovním trhu a jak k ní přistupují a reagují na ni.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis deal with position of women on the labour market. It focuses on the historical progress in term of women's employment. It examine enfluence of gender stereotypes, equal opportunities on the labour market and it describes inflences of women's unemployment. Practical part consists of qualitative research and his aim is to clarify through interviews with women, how they perceive their situation on the labour market, how they approach and react for it.	en
