dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma Vícečetná těhotenství v lidské reprodukci se zabývá problematikou vícečetného těhotenství a vlivem asistované reprodukce na četnost jeho výskytu. V práci jsou zahrnuty základní informace o dvoučetném těhotenství, rizicích pro matku a plod, která mohou nastat. Nastíněna je problematika předčasného porodu, a péče o nezralé novorozence na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Praktická část navazuje na teoretickou výzkumem, který sleduje rozdíly a možné komplikace v průběhu těhotenství, porodu a poporodní adaptace u dvojčat narozených po spontánním početí a dvojčat narozených po metodě IVF. Obsahuje analýzu výzkumného šetření a statistické vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is occupied with the issue of multiple pregnancy and with the influence of assisted reproduction to the frequency of multiple pregnancy. This thesis contains basic information about multiple pregnancy and the issue of risks for mother and fetus which can happen. The issues of preterm birth and of the care for premature neonate on ICU (Intensive care unit) are mentioned. The practical part continues with the research, which probes the differences between the twins born after IVF and twins born after spontaneous conception. There are possible complications during pregnancy, birth and the adaptation after birth by both of these groups mentioned. Data from the research is analysed and the statistic evaluation of defined hypothesis is done.	en
