Cílem této práce je zamyslet se nad problematikou adolescentních matek. To proto, že se s těmito mladými matkami stále setkávám ve své praxi, ale i v běžném životě. Ať už to byly dříve mé spolužačky na základní škole, střední škole, a nyní, v době mého studia to byly mé klientky na oddělení gynekologicko- porodnickém. V teoretické části se snažím přiblížit co je to adolescence, jak se adolescence dělí, jak jednat s adolescentem. Dále se věnuji pojmu rodina, typy rodinné výchovy, antikoncepce, pohlavně přenosné choroby, těhoten-ství náctiletých a další. V analytické části zpracovávám vyhodnocená data a odpovídám si na předem stanovené hypotézy. Tři z hypotéz jsem statisticky zpracovala pomocí chí- kvadrátu (psi2) pro přesnější vyhodnocení. |

The aim of my work is to think of problems of adolescent mothers. The reason why I have chosen this topic is, that I meet these young mothers often on my practice, but also in a common life. Earlier there were my classmates from elementary or secondary schools who had a child in such a young age, and now there are adolescent lady client of gynecological department or maternal hospital who I meet on my practice. In theoretic part of my work I tried to explain the meaning of the word adolescence, how to divide the seasons of adoles-cence and how to get on with adolescent. I also wrote about the family, types of family upbringing, contraception, veneral diseases, pregnancy of adolescent mothers and so on. In the analytical part I worked up the gained facts and I compared them with the set hypothesizes. Three of the hypothesizes I worked up with the chí- kvadrát (psi2) for more accurate evaluation. |
