dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji projektu vstupu firmy AB ELPO, s.r.o. na německý zahraniční trh. V první části své práce se zaměřuji na teoretické určení toho, co firma musí vědět před vstupem na trh a které analýzy by měla provést. V praktické části své práce představuji firmu AB ELPO, s.r.o. a provádím Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzu. Také se věnuji analýze odvětví. Poté zkoumám německý trh. Ze zjištěných informací vytvářím projekt vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh. Určuji kritickou cestu projektu a podrobuji projekt rizikové a nákladové analýze. V závěru své práce ověřuji hypotézy a navrhuji doporučení firmě zda a jak vstoupit na německý trh.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my diploma thesis I am paying attention to the project of the company AB ELPO, s.r.o. entering the German market. In the first part of my work I focus on a theory, especially what is important for a company to know about a foreign market before entering it and which analyses should be done. I the analytical part I am introducing the company AB ELPO, s.r.o. and I am making the Porter analysis as well as SWOT analysis and then I analyze the plastic industry. After that I am exploring the German market and on the base of the information I am making the pro-ject of the company entering the foreign market. I am making the critical path of the project and then I am making the risk analysis and the cost analysis. In the ending of this work I control the hypothesis and there is a recommendation for the company if it is good for her to enter the market and what would be the best way to do it.	en
