Onkologické onemocnění patří ke smutné realitě současné společnosti. Výskyt rakovinných onemocnění v naší populaci neustále roste. Existence této reality se stala impulsem pro napsání mé bakalářské práce, která se zaměřuje na psychické prožívání onkologicky ne-mocných pacientů od zjištění diagnózy až po přijetí nemoci. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem rakovina, možnými příčinami, člověkem jeho potřebami, reakcemi na diagnózu, problematickým prožíváním, bolestí, která se objevuje při rakovině, ale také komunikací, vztahy, životními hodnotami V praktické části přistupuji k rozboru dotazníkového šetření, které jsem prováděla na onko-logickém oddělení fakultní nemocnice v Ostravě. |

An increasing number of patients with cancer diagnosis is on increase in our society nowa-days and that has inspired me to write this thesis. To be cancer diagnosed is a dramatic event in one's life that exerts big pressure not only on person itself but on a family, friends and colleagues, too. In the theoretical part of this thesis I look at person's needs at the time of being diagnosed, his reaction to the diagnosis, subsequent problematic emotions connected with pain; pain not only physical but also mental. Next I look at the communication within the family members with such a patient. Finally, I deal with the impact of patient's temperament and a change of values. |
