dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o optimalizaci výroby shrnovacích dveří s využitím metody Kanban. Teoretická část poskytuje poznatky z oblasti řízení výroby a seznámí nás blíže s metodou Kanban a podmínkami její implementace. Po teoretické části následuje charak-teristika podniku, popis průběhu výroby a stávající situace v podniku při řízení výroby. V projektové části je řešena problematika zavedení metody Kanban jako nového prvku ří-zení výroby. Závěr projektové části se pak věnuje optimalizaci a odstranění nedostatků u jednotlivých výrobních činností v průběhu celého procesu výroby shrnovacích dve-ří. Přináší také návrh možných změn v oblasti skladování zásob materiálu potřebného pro výrobu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis deals with the optimalization of folding doors' production with the usage of the method called Kanban. The theoretical part provides pieces of knowledge about the field of the production management and informs us about Kanban and the conditions that are necessary to fulfill for its implementation. The theoretical part is followed by the char-acterization of the company, the description of the course of manufacture and the current situation in the company concerning the production management. In the project part there is solved the problem of introducing the Kanban method as a new component of the pro-duction management. The conclusion of the project part deals with the optimalization and the removal of drawbacks to particular manufacturing activities in the course of the whole process of folding doors' production. It also offers a suggestion for possible changes in the area of storing supplies of a material that is needed for production.	en
