dc.description.abstract	Porodní plán není v moderním porodnictví žádnou novinkou. Je to velmi cenný avšak dnes zatím bohužel málo využívaný prostředek usnadňující komunikaci mezi rodičkou (i jejím doprovodem) a zdravotnickým personálem (především porodní asistentkou). Nejedná se pouze o seznam požadavků sepsaný na papíře. Porodní plán je jakýmsi životním přístupem partnerů k porodu, důkazem znalostí a informovanosti v dané oblasti. Porodní plán otevírá brány kvalitní komunikace mezi rodící ženou, její porodní asistentkou a lékaři při pobytu na porodním sále a následném pobytu na novorozeneckém oddělení a oddělení šestinedělí	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	A birth plan is not a requested innovation in modern midwifery. Although it is a worthy, but today rarely used way of communication between a woman in childbed (and her relatives) and an ambulance personal (mainly with her midwife). A birth plan is not just a list of requirements. It is a sort of patrners'approach to the birth of their child. It is also a proof of knowledge and understanding in this field. It opens a doorway for a quality way of communication among a woman in childbed, her midwife and doctors during her stay in labour ward, new-born department and confinement department.	en
