Bakalářská práce se zabývá sňatky s cizinci, právními a sociálními aspekty. Popisuje právní úpravu uzavírání manželství, rodinné právo. Zkoumá příčiny a důsledky rozpadu těchto smíšených manželství, které tkví především v rozdílných kulturách a náboženstvích, ale především v neznalosti těchto kultur a také právního vědomí.Hledá a nalézá možná řešení, která by pomohla předejít komplikovaným rozchodům těchto párů, zvláště pak, pokud ve vztahu figurují děti. |

This work is considering about marriages with foreigners, law and social aspects. It describes legal regulation of marriages and family law. It examines the reasons and results of breaking up of these mixed marriages which can be caused because of the different cultures and religions but mainly because of the lack of knowledge of these cultures and law awareness. It's looking for and finding a possible solution to help and avoid the problems of complicated break-ups mainly when the kids are involved. |
