dc.description.abstract	Ve své práci se nezabývám jen neplodností, ale mým hlavním zájmem bylo věnovat se problematice uplatňování rodičovské role, kterou se páry s poruchou plodnosti pokoušejí realizovat někdy jen velice obtížně. Ačkoli je řešení neplodnosti spíše lékařskou záležitostí, touto prací chci ukázat, že porodní asistentka má mnoho kompetencí, díky nimž se může podílet na její léčbě, především z hlediska psychické podpory. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí neplodnosti, psychickými dopady, spektrem negativních pocitů, které prožívají při neplodnosti. Dále popisuji pojmy mateřství, otcovství a rodičovství a různými problémy a překážkami, které znemožňují párům tyto stavy prožívat. Také se věnuji léčbě této problematiky. V praktické části jsem zvolila formu srovnávací studie. Stanovila jsem si cíl: srovnat u skupiny vybraných párů předem dané oblasti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis does not only deal with infertility. My primary focus was to examine exercising parental role and the difficulties with it in infertile pairs. Although infertility is a rather medical concern, the thesis wants to demonstrate that a midwife has a great competence - she can take part in treatment, especially in psychical support. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of infertility, psychical aspects of infertility and the range of negative feelings that infertile pairs experience. The theoretical part also deals with maternity, fatherhood, parenthood and various problems and handicaps that infertile pairs experience. The thesis also describes treatment of infertility. The practical part has a form of comparative study. The aim was to compare specific features in chosen pairs.	en
