dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zpracována ve firmě XY na téma: "Projekt řízení a organizace výroby zrcátek ve firmě XY". Samotná práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část - teoretická je zaměřena na popis organizace a řízení práce, včetně důležité úlohy pracovníků, využití metod měření práce a progresivních konceptů řízení. Druhá část - praktická je složena ze dvou celků - analýzy a projektu. Analýza je věnována historii a profilu firmy. Je zde popsán současný stav zakázky a zhodnocení stavu jako výchozí bod pro naplánování a realizace projektu. V projektové části jsou zhodnoceny přínosy a význam spojený s realizací navrhovaného procesu. Cílem diplomové práce je zefektivnit organizaci práce pro výrobek firmy XY a navrhnout zlepšení pracovních podmínek.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Dissertation is worked up in the company XY on the theme: "A project of the mirror production its direction and organization in XY company." The mere work is separated into two parts. The first part - theoretical - is aimed at account of organizating and directing of work including an important function of the workers, using of work measuring and progressive directing concept methodes. The second part - practical - compact of two units - an analysis and a project. The analysis turns to the history and profile of the company. A present condition of the order and status analysis as an initial point for planning and realisation of the project is here described. There are assets and sense allied to the realisation of proposed process status analysis made in the project part. The view of the Dissertation is to make an organization of work for the product of the company XY more effective and to propose labour conditions improvement.	en
