Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části se nejprve věnuji literárnímu průzkumu v oblasti finanční analýzy, kde se z dostupných zdrojů snažím podat co nejpřesnější obraz o její podstatě pro podniky a pro jiné uživatele jako je banka. Dále se zabývám popisem metod, pomocí kterých je možno určit bonitu firmy. Tyto analýzy následně aplikuji na podmínky dané společnosti. Výsledky využívám k hodnocení současné finanční situace firmy. Na základe tohoto hodnocení navrhuji potřebná opatření. |

The whole thesis is devided into two main parts. The theoretic part firstly includes the literature research in the area of financial analysis, where I am trying in the view of available resources to render the most exact picture about its importance for the comapnies and for the other users like a bank. Description of a methods used for determination of reliability is next point of the theoretic part. Then I apply these analyses on the conditions of the company. I use the results of these analyses for the evaluation of the present financial situation in the company. On the base of this evaluation I design the needed precautions. |
