Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením výkonnosti ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka, a.s. a následnou implementací konceptu Balanced Scorecard. V teoretické části je proveden lite-rární průzkum a na základě teoretických pramenů formulována podstata metody BSC. Dru-há část diplomové práce hodnotí výkonnosti ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka, a.s. a navrhu-je východiska pro její zlepšení také za pomoci konceptu BSC, jehož implementace ve spo-lečnosti je popsána v závěru práce. |

The thesis is focused on measuring the performance in company Česká zbrojovka, a.s. and subsequent implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept. The literature research is being made in the theoretical part of the work and the substance of BSC method is being defined there on basis of theoretical literature. The second part of the thesis concerns the evaluation of the performance in company Česká zbrojovka, a.s. and there is a design of starting points for its improvement, also with the use of BSC concept whose implementa-tion in the company is described in the conclusion of the thesis. |
