Prostřednictvím této práce jsem si dala za cíl vypracovat finanční analýzu firmy XY spol.s r.o. a pokusila jsem se navrhnout nezbytná opatření, která považuji za nutná pro zlepšení stávající situace. Účet finanční analýzy, její uživatele, zdroje a metody, které byly použity, jsou popsány v její teoretické části. Analytická část obsahuje základní informace o této fir-mě, její charakteristiku a strategii. Dále následuje provedená finanční analýza podle abso-lutních, rozdílových, poměrových a souhrnných ukazatelů. V této části bylo zapotřebí "očis-tit " účetní data, abychom dosáhli co nejpřesnějších výsledků, které mohou poskytnout pod-statné informace. Na základě zjištění, jak z teoretické tak z praktické části, jsem se pokusila navrhnout doporučení, která mohou pomoci zlepšit současnou situaci této firmy. |

Through this work of mine I aimed to perform the financial analysis of the firm XY Ltd and tried to suggest essential steps that I consider necessary for improving its current situation. The purpose of the financial analysis, its users, sources and methods which have been used are described in its theoretical part. The analytical part contains the basic information about the firm, its characterization and strategy. Further follows the performed financial analysis according to the absolute, differentional, proportional and aggregate indexes. In this part it was necessary to "clean" the account data in order to get the most accurate results that can provide the essential information.On the basic of my findings from both theoretical and ana-lytical (practical) parts I have suggested recommendations which can help improve the cur-rent situation of this firm. |
