Cílem této práce je seznámit s typickými formami domácího násilí (dále jen DN). Specifikovat typické vlastnosti pachatelů i obětí DN, včetně motivů. Nastínit možnosti řešení z právního hlediska. V praktické části se zaměřit na statistiky DN, s cílem verifikovat či falzifikovat položené hypotézy. Nastínit možné způsoby řešení z hlediska sebeobrany, s důrazem na vývojové diagramy usnadňující problematiku tohoto fenoménu. V práci je položen důraz na schémata a názorné materiály. |

The purpose of this presentation is to introduce typical forms of domestic violence (further only DV). Specify typical characteristics of offenders as well as victims of DV, including motives. Outline possible solutions in terms of law . In practical part to focus on statistics of DV, with a goal to verify or falsificate given hypotheses. Outline possible ways of solutions in term of self-defence, with the insistence on development graphs simplifing the issue of this phenomenom. There is laid out insistence on schematics and graphic materials at this presentation. |
