dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části práce je nejprve uvedena specifikace tématu. Na ni navazuje přehled legislativních předpisů upravujících zaměstnávání vězněných osob. Poté následuje kapitola zaměřená na historii zaměstnávání vězněných osob. Dalšími kapitolami teoretické části jsou současná statistická čísla českého vězeňství, pedagogicko-psychologické aspekty práce, programy zacházení s odsouzenými, specifika zaměstnávání odsouzených, jaká je jejich motivace pracovat a možnosti zvyšování míry zaměstnanosti vězněných. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu vztahu pracovního zařazení vězněných osob a jejich zvládání zátěže z uvěznění.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part introduces specification of the topic. The sumary of the legislative regulations modifying employing of imprisoned persons is following. The next chapter focuses on the history of employing imprisoned persons. The following chapters of the theoretical part deal with contemporaneous statistic numbers of the Czech system of prisons, pedagogic-psychological aspects of work, the programmes of treating with sentenced people, specification of employing of sentenced persons, their motivation to work and the posibility of increasing the measure of employing imprisoned persons. The practical part deals with the survey of relationship of working incorporations of imprisoned persons and their controlling stress from being sentenced.	en
