Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve firmě ROSTRA s.r.o. Cílem práce je návrh na zlepšení řízení zásob ve firmě. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky čerpané z odborné literatury a je věnována základní charakteristice zásob, jejich členění, řízení, optimalizaci, základním ukazatelům spojených se zásobami a možnostem skladování zásob. Praktická část zahrnuje profil společnosti, dále se zabývá analýzou současného vývoje stavu zásob a výpočtem vybraných ukazatelů za účelem zjištění, zda je současné řízení zásob ve firmě efektivní. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty doporučení ke zlepšení stavu řízení zásob ve firmě. |

This bachelor thesis is concerned to the problems in inventory control in the company ROSTRA Ltd. The goal of this paper work is plan for improve in inventory control in the company. The theoretical part includes some facts about stocks from the scientific literature and presents attention to the ultimate characteristic of stocks, their structuring, direct and optimization, ultimate indexes connected to stocks and stock holdings. The practical part includes profile of the company, next deals with analyze of actual progress status of the stocks and calculation of selected indexes in order to find out, if the contemporary situation in inventory control is effective. In the final part is the summary recommendation for improve inventory control in the company. |
