Bakalářská práce ?Porozvodová problematika osamělých matek s dětmi? je rozdělena do čtyř částí, které na sebe navazují. První část specifikuje rodinu, charakterizuje její vývoj a vymezuje pojem rodiny v rámci legislativy. Druhá část je zaměřena na situaci matek po rozvodu, jako jsou osobnostní důsledky, ekonomická situace a styk dětí s otci. Třetí část se zabývá rodičovstvím po rozvodu z pohledu legislativy. Poslední čtvrtá část, popisuje příklady z praxe ? kazuistiky, které se dané problematiky týkají. |
