dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Ošetřovatelské problémy u dialyzovaných klientů" se zabývá ošetřova-telskou péčí u dialyzovaných klientů. V práci je zahrnuta anatomie a fyziologie ledvin, druhy onemocnění, jež vedou k selhání ledvin, výživa dialyzovaného klienta, druhy dialýzy a jejich komplikace a dále také dialyzační přístupy. Obsahem práce je praktická část, která se zabývá zpracováním získaných dat pomocí vy-hodnocení dotazníku, který je sestaven dle Nanda taxonomie II. Dotazník je vyhodnocen statisticky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor thesis is nursing care for dialysis clients , which describes nur-sing care about dialysed person. In my bachelor thesis is included anatomy and fyziology of kidney, kinds of diseases leading to disfunction of kidney, diet of dialysed person, kinds of dialyses and their complications and dialysation approaches. The content of bachelor thesis is practical part, which includes processing of received da-tas by the help of evaluation of questionnaires, which is build by the Nanda taxonomy II. For evaluation of questionnaires and confirm of hypothesis is used khi-square method.	en
