V bakalářské práci se budu zabývat střetem zájmů u osob podílejících se na výkonu veřejné moci ve státě. V teoretické části jsou definovány nejdůležitější pojmy, které se v bakalářské práci často vyskytují. V druhé části je vymezena základní úprava novelizovaného zákona č. 159/2006 Sb., o střetu zájmů. Kde je rozebrána většina pojmů, které se v zákonu vyskytují. Praktická část je věnována porovnávání způsobu řešení střetu zájmů v dalších právních předpisech. V této části je uvedeno několik zákonů, ve kterých se střet zájmů vyskytuje. Druhá část je věnována zhodnocení odpovědnosti veřejných funkcionářů za porušení právních předpisů v oblasti střetu zájmů. Zde je také uvedeno srovnání sankcí před novelizací zákona a po jeho novelizaci. |

In my Bachelor's work, I'm gong to be dealing with the confict of interest of individuals participating in the practice of public autority. The theoretical part defines the most impor-tant conceptions mentioned in whole work. The basic amendment to the law number 159/2006 (dg.), about the conflict of interests, is defined in the second section. Majority of the conceptions mentioned in this law is defined here. Practical part is dedicated to the comparison of forms of solving the confict of interests sta-ted in subsequent legal enactment. There are several laws mentioned in this part. These laws are all concerned with the problems of the conflict of interests. The second section is dedi-cated to the evaluation of responsibility - of the public officials - for the violation of legal enactments in the field of confict of interests. There is also a comparation of the sanctions before and after the amendment of the law (159/2006). |
