Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo spracovať analýzu súčasného stavu motivačného systému, zistiť, čo motivuje pracovníkov LR Crystal a.s. Lednické Rovne a navrhnúť riešenia na zdokonalenie motivačného systému. Poukazujem na dôležitosť človeka pri vytváraní konkurenčných výhod podnikov, na jeho potrebu neustáleho vedenia, hodnotenia, vzdelávania a správneho motivovania. V praktickej časti som sa zamerala na charakteristiku činností LR Crystal a.s. Lednické Rovne, jej históriu, vývoj až po súčasnú aktivitu. Analyzujem aktuálnu úroveň motivácie v tomto podniku. Umožňuje prehľad organizačnej štruktúry podniku, obraz o sociálnom programe, personálnom rozvoji, BOZP i zabezpečovaní motivácie prostredníctvom hmotného odmeňovania. |

The purpose of this degree admin was to prepare analysis of an actual condidion of motivational system, make out was motivated workers of LR Crystal Inc. and scheme out solutions for development of the motivational system. The prominence of a human to generate competetive advantages of firms, for his requirement systematic ways, assessment, educational and administration motivated which I mention on. In a practical part I fixate on charakteristics of operation LR Crystal Inc. Lednické Rovne, its history, progress over an actual activities. I analysed the actual stature of motivation in this firm. Its make possible summary of an organizational structure of the firm, a projection of a social programme, a personal progress, a security and a protection of well-being at work and an insure of motivation by means of some material goods. |
