Student bude seznámen se způsobem práce hasičů jako součástí IZS, důvody jejich integrace, způsob jejich spolupráce v rámci IZS. Stručný popis a vysvětlení IZS všeobecně a vzájemná komunikace jednotlivých složek. Postup práce hasičů od ohlášení požáru či jiné tísňové situace (např. havárie se zaklíněnou zraněnou osobou) přes zásah samotný, součinnost s rychlou zdravotnickou službou, policií i dalšími složkami IZS, v tomto případě např. dobrovolnými hasiči. Technické prostředky komunikace, spolupráce hasičů s dalšími institucemi navázanými na IZS v dalším sledu (úřady, armáda,) Konkrétní zkušenosti a příklady z každodenní práce hasičů ZK. |

In its theoretical part this bachelor thesis presents in the form of literary search the whole problematics and operating of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) in the Czech Republic. It explains methods of control, communication and collaboration of all units of IRS, including the reasons for its formation and its legal framework. In its practical part the thesis deals with the Zlín Region Fire Brigade, describing the functioning of its nerve centre and headquarters, presenting its contemporary problems and strong points and actual working of the Fire Brigade as the main component of the IRS. In the end the thesis presents the authoress's own experience gained during her participation in dealing with emergencies. |
