Cílem této práce bylo zabývat se skladištními škůdci,kteří škodí na potravinách a země-dělských surovinách.V práci jsou zmíněny nejdůležitější druhy těchto škůdců a jejich roz-dělení podle vývoje a přístupu k potravinám.Dále jsou uvedeny metody jejich monitorová-ní a způsoby likvidace.Práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku biocidních příprav-ků,metodu fumigace a řízených atmosfér. |

The aim of this work was to deal with storage pest that are detrimental to foodstuff and agricultural raw materials. The most important types of these vermin and their division according to the development and access to foodstuff are mentioned in this work. There are also stated the methods of their monitoring and ways of extermination . The work includes brief characteristics of biocide preparation, the method of fumigation and controlled atmospheres. |
