dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce na téma Postavení ženy na současném trhu práce je tvořena dvěma částmi, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením ženy v historii, tak i v současnosti a dalších oblastech s tím souvisejících, a to především ve spojení práce a rodiny. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který se zabývá postavením ženy na současném trhu práce. Výzkum byl zaměřen na ženy žijící a pracující v mikroregionu Luhačovicko. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak si "stojí", a jak pociťují své místo na současném trhu práce, a také zjistit jejich názory na pracovní postavení ženy v místě jejich bydliště a ve společnosti vůbec.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's work with the topic The role of a woman in contemporary labor market is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with the role of a woman in history, also in present and in other areas which relate to it especially in association of work and family. The practical part is focused on the prime research which covers the role of a woman in contemporary labor market. The research was aimed to women who live and work in region Luhačovice. The target was to find the women's position and their own feelings in contemporary labor market and also to find their opinions of the working position in the locality of their residence and in the society.	en
